Back on the PENSION. Woohoo! I can TRAVEL again

Finally i have some good news to inspire me to start my journal.
Have been trying to get back onto Disability Support Pension ever since i came back from Europe 1.5 years ago.
Have gone through several levels of appeal and was due for my final appeal in a few weeks.
Today i got a letter from CentreLink (ie social security) basically saying they will give in and they acknowledge i am a schizo.

BUT...

They insist in the letter that if i do not sign the agreement and settle this out-of-court
(the Appeals Tribunal is a court case after all)
then i am not allowed to bring up this "offer" ("admission of guilt" is more like it)
at the hearing. A gag order!

I reckon they know I have documented dirt on them and are shitting themselves.
Tomorrow I will ring and ask them if the settlement includes not only my pension being restored,
but 1.5 years backpayment... with interest!

Then if they agree, go to the ombudsman and report their inneptitude anyhow.
Afterall i never have agreed to their non-disclosure bullying and there is nothing about it in
the contract they want me to sign either.

The contract also says i have satisfied items X, Y, Z of the Social Security Act and therefore
satisfy criteria for DSP "provided all other qualifications are satisfied".
Sounds like weasel words to me; will have to ask about that tomorrow also.
